Brought my 2015 Forester XT to Flat 4 and they fixed my leaking front differential, diagnosed my lack of A/C in my car and had it fixed and the system recharged all in one day so I could get on the road and get to a concert. Cost was reasonable too! Chris and Lane were clear and communicative throughout the process. Very appreciative of the entire Flat 4 automotive team! Will definitely be back if I find myself in the Olympia area and in need of a clear and straightforward team of mechanics.

Took our Forester in for the 60,000 mile maintenance and was very pleased with the mechanical service and customer service. From the time we dropped off our vehicle in the morning till we were notified it was completed and ready for pick up. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The quote for the work was given up front so you aren’t surprised with any unwanted charges. Looking forward to taking our vehicle back for any future repairs or maintenance. Had a great experience with this auto shop. First time there and the communication was straight forward, rescheduling was very easy, the whole process was customer friendly. Pricing was straight forward, they provided proof of inspections, and choosing which services to deny and approve was super easy. Tad bit on the pricey side BUT it’s absolutely worth it due to how open and honest they are coupled with how easy the process was.

I highly recommend Flat 4 Automotive! I was dealing with a pesky check engine light and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and replace my upstream o2 sensor. They were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable! I appreciated how fast they were able to get everything fixed and my car back to me. I will absolutely be bringing my Subaru back to them for any other repairs, etc.
